Spinach & ricotta lasagne

Ingredients

For 4 servings.

  • Lasagne sheets
  • 120 g ricotta
  • Spinach
  • Tomato sauce, mozzarella

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 190°C. Wilt the spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix with the ricotta.

    Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish.

  3. 3

    Layer pasta sheets, half the spinach-ricotta mix, and more sauce. Repeat.

    Top with the final pasta layer, remaining sauce and a generous handful of mozzarella.

    Bake 30 minutes until bubbling and golden. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
