Turkey meatballs & tomato pasta

Ingredients

For 1 serving.

  • 150 g lean turkey mince
  • 80 g wholewheat pasta (dry)
  • Tomato sauce
  • Parmesan, basil

Instructions

    Form the turkey mince into 8–10 small meatballs. Brown in a pan with a splash of oil for 5 minutes.

    Add the tomato sauce to the pan, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water to al dente.

    Drain the pasta and toss with the meatballs and sauce.

  5. 5

    Finish with grated parmesan and fresh basil.
