- 200 g ribeye
- 100 g kale
- 100 g spinach
- Butter, garlic
Instructions

Bring the steak to room temperature and pat dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat a cast-iron pan until smoking. Sear the ribeye 3 minutes per side for medium-rare; rest 5 minutes.

In the same pan, melt the butter with minced garlic.

Add the chopped kale and spinach and sauté 2 minutes until just wilted.

Slice the steak against the grain and serve alongside the greens.
