Ingredients

For 1 serving.

  • 150 g beef patty
  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 40 g cheddar
  • Coleslaw (mayo-based)

Instructions

    Season the beef patty with salt and pepper.

    Cook the bacon in a pan until crisp; remove to a plate.

    In the same pan, cook the patty 3 minutes per side for medium.

    Top the patty with cheddar in the last minute so it melts.

    Serve the burger on a bed of lettuce, topped with bacon, with coleslaw alongside.
