Ingredients
For 1 serving.
- 180 g chicken breast
- Tikka marinade
- 200 g cauliflower rice
- Coriander, yoghurt
Instructions

Marinate the chicken in tikka paste and a spoon of yoghurt for at least 15 minutes.

Grill or pan-fry the chicken 5 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.

Microwave or pan-steam the cauliflower rice with a pinch of turmeric for 3 minutes.

Slice the chicken and pile over the cauliflower rice.

Top with coriander leaves and a dollop of yoghurt.
