Chicken alfredo fettuccine

Fettuccine tossed in a light alfredo sauce with grilled chicken, mushrooms and parmesan.

Ingredients

For 1 serving.

  • 120 g fettuccine (dry)
  • 180 g chicken breast
  • Cream, parmesan
  • Mushrooms, garlic

Instructions

    Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente.

    Slice the chicken and sauté with mushrooms in a little butter until cooked through, 6–8 minutes.

    Lower heat and add 120 ml single cream. Simmer 2 minutes to thicken.

    Stir in grated parmesan until melted and creamy.

    Toss the drained pasta through the sauce with a splash of pasta water to loosen. Top with black pepper.
