Ingredients

For 4 servings.

  • Lasagne sheets
  • 150 g lean beef mince
  • Ricotta, mozzarella
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mixed leaves, olive oil

Instructions

    Brown the beef mince in a pan with a diced onion until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

    Add the tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 190°C. Layer lasagne sheets, meat sauce, ricotta, and repeat.

    Top with mozzarella and bake 25 minutes until bubbling and golden.

    Rest 10 minutes, then slice. Serve with a dressed mixed-leaf salad.
