Beef & rice power bowl

Sirloin strips over rice with sweet-potato wedges, broccoli and tahini drizzle.

Ingredients

For 1 serving.

  • 180 g sirloin
  • 120 g cooked rice
  • 150 g sweet potato
  • Broccoli, tahini

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Cube the sweet potato, toss with olive oil and salt, and roast 25 minutes.

    Steam or boil the broccoli for 4 minutes.

    Slice the sirloin thinly. Sear in a very hot pan for 90 seconds, tossing constantly.

    Build the bowl: rice, sirloin, sweet potato and broccoli.

    Drizzle with tahini thinned with lemon juice and water.
