Crumbled firm tofu pan-fried with turmeric, peppers and nutritional yeast.

Ingredients
For 1 serving.
- 150 g firm tofu
- ½ red pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Olive oil
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced pepper and cook 2 minutes.

Crumble the tofu into the pan with your fingers.

Sprinkle over the turmeric and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 4 minutes until lightly browned.

Remove from heat and stir through the nutritional yeast.

Serve hot, with optional hot sauce.
