Protein banana pancakes

Blender pancakes made from oats, banana, eggs and whey, topped with Greek yoghurt.

Ingredients

For 1 serving.

  • 40 g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g whey protein
  • 50 g Greek yoghurt

Instructions

    Blend the oats, banana, eggs and whey protein until smooth.

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.

    Pour small rounds of batter into the pan. Cook 1–2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.

    Cook for another minute until set.

  5. 5

    Stack the pancakes and top with Greek yoghurt.
