Ingredients

For 1 serving.

  • 60 g oats
  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • 80 g frozen berries
  • 25 g peanut butter
  • 30 g whey
  • 30 g granola topping

Instructions

    Add the oats, whole milk, Greek yoghurt, frozen berries, peanut butter and whey to a blender.

    Blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth and thick.

    Pour into a bowl.

    Top with the granola in a line across the bowl.

    Add extra berries on top if desired.
