Wholemeal wrap with sliced turkey, avocado, lettuce and mustard.

Ingredients

For 1 serving.

  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 100 g turkey slices
  • ½ avocado
  • Lettuce, mustard

Instructions

    Warm the wrap briefly in a dry pan or microwave so it folds without cracking.

    Spread mustard across the wrap.

  3. 3

    Layer with lettuce, sliced turkey and sliced avocado.

  4. 4

    Season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon.

  5. 5

    Roll tightly from one end, tucking in the sides. Slice in half to serve.
