Tuna & white-bean pasta

Ingredients

For 1 serving.

  • 80 g wholewheat pasta (dry)
  • 1 can tuna in spring water
  • 80 g white beans
  • Cherry tomatoes, capers, olive oil

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain, reserving a splash of pasta water.

    Drain the tuna and white beans.

  3. 3

    Warm olive oil in a pan and add halved cherry tomatoes. Cook 2 minutes until just soft.

    Add the tuna, beans, capers and a splash of pasta water to loosen.

  5. 5

    Toss with the drained pasta, finish with lemon zest and black pepper.
