  • 80 g brown rice (cooked)
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g peas
  • Soy, sesame oil

Instructions

    Use cold, day-old cooked rice for best texture.

    Beat the eggs in a small bowl.

    Heat a wok over high heat with a splash of oil. Pour in the eggs and scramble for 30 seconds.

    Add the rice and peas. Stir-fry 2 minutes, breaking up any clumps.

    Finish with soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil.
