Ingredients

For 1 serving.

  • 150 g steak
  • 120 g cooked white rice
  • 100 g black beans
  • 60 g corn
  • ½ avocado
  • Salsa

Instructions

    Season the steak with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Grill or pan-fry 3 minutes per side; rest 3 minutes, then slice.

    Warm the rice and black beans separately.

    Build the bowl: rice base, beans, corn, sliced steak.
