  • 120 g edamame (in pods)
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the edamame.

    Cook 4 minutes until bright green and tender.

  3. 3

    Drain and toss with flaky sea salt while still warm. Eat the beans from the pods.
